first ever 10k (2 half marathons before), not perfect training, but an ok result. goal was sub 55 min, and made it just under 55 😮💨 happy for now
felt real hot during the run maybe it’s the humidity. first few km felt tougher than normal likely becos of weather. then the bridge nearly ended me 💀
planned to train twice a week starting mid Oct = didn’t quite happened and focus more on climbing 🤣 ended up running abt 5 times a month, shd be more consistent next time
trained alternating tempos & long runs (long runs were ~8 km). felt fatigue coming up towards the end. need more endurance training but i think climbing helped maintain some muscles a bit

Race result: 2 km in 9:30 (avg. pace 4:45/km) - a new PB for me, but still finished last by a mile 🤣
