We’re grateful to have hosted renowned producer @franzzeimetz of @lostorigincoffee from Panama City, sharing his craft, philosophy, and intention behind the competition-winning coffees he has become known for.
It has been a busy and meaningful week here at the roastery, and we’re excited to wrap up the week with today’s session. Thank you to everyone who joined us and spent the afternoon together over coffee.

Wrapping up an insightful 2-day workshop, led by WCC representative and WBRC JOL - Catherine Gu. Over the past two days, We had the pleasure of hosting an international group of students, coming together to align & calibrate to the World Brewers Cup judging standards.

We had an incredible weekend in Bangkok, sharing the booth alongside our sister brand, @triupcoffee_sea and showcasing amazing coffees from our guests brewers and producers around the world.
Thank you to everyone who stopped by, spent time with us, and showed so much love throughout the weekend. We’re grateful for all the conversations, brews, and connections made throughout the festival.

Seasonal Coffee Subscription - May
@lamastusfamilyestates remains one of Panama’s most decorated producers, and a farm we return to year after year. This month, we’re sharing a Natural Geisha from Elida Estate.
This Geisha expresses the hallmark profile of Elida’s Aguacate lot: vivid, high-toned aromatics layered with clarity and sweetness, finishing with the distinct florals that define the variety.
@wlamastus is a dear friend, and we’re always grateful to share his work with our patrons, we look forward to more amazing coffees from him this season.

This month is packed with exciting events for us as a roastery. We’re looking forward to a series of programs spanning classes, producer sharing sessions, and two overseas coffee festivals in China at the end of the month.

Newly Refined Coffee Packaging
Our new coffee packaging is foil-lined and fully opaque. Where the previous material allowed light to pass through, this creates a more stable environment for coffee to rest undisturbed, protected, consistent over time.
It is less about appearance, and more about what follows once the roast leaves our hands: better preservation, with reduced chance of accidental aging.
Finca Los Cenizos, Natural Pacamara
Last month, we had the opportunity to feature two exceptional coffees from @fincaloscenizos . one in our Seasonal Subscription, and this limited lot of Natural Pacamara at our booth during Hotelex Shanghai 2026.
Shaped by the beautiful terroir of Cerro Punta in Panama, this Pacamara presents an expressive and complex profile. The cup opens with pink blossom florals, followed by strawberry and kiwi, and finishes with an elegant, whiskey-like note.
Huge thanks to Estela Pitti for sharing these beautiful coffees with us. We look forward to more from Finca Los Cenizos in the coming season.
