Founded in Bangkok in 2013, Brave Roasters is one of Thailand’s most recognized specialty coffee brands. What makes them special is their sourcing: they buy green beans directly from origin, which is still rare for cafés. Every lot is carefully selected for quality and flavor.
At the Solright booth, we’ll brew Brave’s coffee using our grinder to bring out the coffee’s best: bright, clean, and layered.
Brave Roasters is owned by Ekameth Wipvasutti, aka Tay @ekameth , a respected owner and key figure in Thailand’s coffee scene. He’s also the 2023 World AeroPress Champion, and his passion for coffee and long-term commitment to Thai specialty coffee make this collaboration even more meaningful.

We met Tay Wipvasutt (@ekameth ) last year in Bangkok during our Asia Workshop Tour. Tay started as a university student working part-time in a café — not because of coffee at first, but because of people.
Years later, after opening a small shop, stepping away from competition for nearly a decade, and quietly continuing his work, he came back and became World Aeropress Champion 2023.
But Tay’s story isn’t just about winning.
It’s about staying, growing, and letting coffee take you somewhere further than where you started.
