Yesterday was super fun rolling behind the bar with @vickycalledcjh@mellowcoffeeroasters tasting and serving beautiful coffees for everyone.
It’s been a pleasure welcoming all of you, our regulars, locals, and visitors from around the world during WOC week. We’re so happy to have met so many new friends through lots of conversations, shared coffees, and cultural exchanges.
We’ve always believed that coffee is one of the most beautiful global passions, connecting us all wherever we go. No matter where we come from, we speak the same language through coffee :)
This Sunday, we’re excited to welcome our first guest for a brew bar takeover.
From the Netherlands to Bangkok — Vicky @vickycalledcjh the Netherlands Cup Tasters Champion. She will be brewing a beautiful coffee lineup from @mellowcoffeeroasters for you all.

Thai single origin “Jaisooksern” roasted by @feastmondaycoffee is now added to espresso selection. A sweet natural process coffee with notes of tangerine, red plum, and a sugary, round, smooth finish.
Our shop will be open as usual during the week of WOC Bangkok, welcoming coffee lovers from around the world. We’ll also be hosting international competitors, along with special bar takeovers—more details coming soon.

CHORRILLOS
A sweet Colombia with notes of redcurrant and apple, followed by rich sugary sweetness like toffee and brown sugar. The lively, crisp acidity adds more layers to the cup. Smooth with milk and delicious as your usual black coffee ;)
