On the occasion of BAAB, Davide Balula offers a cocktail pulled from his Cocktail Series, made from wild plants locally gathered and fermented: chicory, valerian, fennel, fig. Each carries distinct properties, whether purifying, sharp, or medicinal, and together form a drink that, transformed into a cocktail with the help of a mixologist, evokes a quiet force, reflecting the exhibition’s deeper themes of persistence, renewal, and the complex ties between individual experience and the shared environments we inhabit.
