Inside the Casa Vista – a site-responsive residential vision shaped by landscape, climate, and the rhythms of everyday living.
Terraced into a waterfront site with a gradual natural incline in one of Dubai’s most prestigious new neighbourhoods, the interior design is conceived as an extension of the landscape – responding sensitively to the terrain and its relationship to the sea.
Spaces are arranged to maximise views, daylight, and natural ventilation, while fostering a sense of calm through material restraint, spatial clarity, and an immersive connection to the waterfront.

Located in the bustling business core of Dubai, Business Bay Tower rises as a dual-volume office landmark with two sculpted forms connected by a sky-bridge that frames the skyline while structurally binding the towers.

Beyond its logistical role, Strait of Union is envisioned to contribute to the ecological transformation of surrounding desert regions – drawing parallels to the transformative ecological and agricultural impact of the Nile, supporting new microclimates and landscape regeneration along its path. The project frames the corridor as a linear urban system, with districts distributed along its length, including logistics hubs, financial centres and tourism zones.
Positioned as a national spine, Strait of Union reimagines infrastructure not only as a means of movement, but as a framework for future urban growth and long-term strategic positioning.
