After an incredible premiere at this year’s @tribeca with the inaugural #colectivo filmmakers, we’re now gearing up for a festival run and community screenings—hopefully near you! This is a story of a father and son, of immigrants, unapologetically Afro-Dominican and rooted in the Bronx. It’s a story of underdogs who will always find a way. I welcomed the year of fire horse in Berlin with producers and filmmakers from the world. My first EFM / Berlinale experience was nothing but a dream come true. Oct. 2025 // Sint Maartin🇸🇽 I got to see and meet the land and people through a short doc project. Thanks to the dream team & local community who made it all possible! I will never forget that insane sunset by the beach while I was internally panicking whether we get the shots in time🥹🫶🏼
