It’s made with and told by the amazing @_megandrury_ who you’ll have seen in THE GODS THE GODS THE GODS. We’ve co-produced it with the amazing @theatre41york back on home turf in York. It’s got words by @alexandergwright and an incredible cinematic synth score from @philclivegrainger . And it’s about to open - about to hit the road - about to start a tour that takes the show across many continents and across all of 2026. EURYDICE IS BACK, BABY! Tell your pals, gather your mates, get on that message group - we wanna see you there. We made EURYDICE in 2019 as a sibling show to ORPHEUS. We opened it at @adlfringe with @caseyjayandrews and @serenamanteghi and it immediately won Best Theatre of the whole festival. We came back the following year with @yoshikacolwell in @joannehartstonepresents beautiful rose garden…and since 2020 we’ve been quiet. But, boy oh boy, are we excited to be bringing it back. And, boy oh boy, are we excited to welcome @meganshandley8 into the show as our storyteller. LENI IS 5 YEARS OLD AND HOLDING A SUPERMAN COSTUME. EURYDICE IS 5 YEARS INTO THE REST OF HER LIFE. A STORY ABOUT TAKING LEAPS AND BEING A DAILY SUPERHERO It’s full of big beats, soaring melodies and gorgeous electronica. And, in Adelaide, a string quartet and choir…cos why not, eh? It’s a big story. It retells the ORPHEUS myth from her perspective. You can see it on the same day as ORPHEUS, you can see it on its own, you can see one then the other - your call pals. We opened it at at @fringeworldperth in the beautiful courtyard of the @statetheatrecentre for three shows only (29th - 31st Jan), before we head to the second most beautiful library in the world for @adlfringe as part of the amazing programme at @the.courtyard.of.curiosities (19th Feb - 22nd Mar). O R P H E U S Copenhagen - Perth - Bunbury - Adelaide (Big Version) It’s the OG. And it’s back out on the road. We’re heading to Copenhagen for the first time to the gorgeous @h2ocph | We fly from there straight to @fringeworldperth for a week in the State Theatre Centre | We swan off to see our dear pals at @bunburyfringe | And then we head to @the.courtyard.of.curiosities for @adlfringe . ORPHEUS is 10 Years Old this year. It’s come a hella long way from imagining we’d do a handful of small shows back in 2016. And in Adelaide we’re scaling up with a string quartet and a choir in the second most beautiful library in the world. If you’re in town, you’re not going to want to miss this. And the shows just before Adelaide? Well, they’ll likely be the last time we do the show at the smaller scale. Once we’re scaled up, we’re staying up. So Copenhagen, Perth & Bunbury catch the last intimate shows of this ten year journey. And the Adelaide, buckle up for the next part of the ride. DAVE IS TURNING 30, STOOD AT THE BAR. SELENE is a band new show from us, Wright&Grainger. It’s a wild retelling of the Ancient Greek myth around the goddess of the moon. It’s a show about who we grow up in the orbit of, about the light sides and us and the dark sides of us, about the bodies we grow up in, and about all the wild stuff inside of us. SELENE heads up to the Northern Rivers in Australia this weekend. It’s a home turf show for the brilliant @_megandrury_ , a landscape full of family and friends and community. And my gosh it’s one of the most beautiful places we’ve ever been. The show is at @pearcescreekhall on Friday 15th May and @federalhalls on Saturday 16th May. In SELENE, Pandia and their pals go and watch a Full Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors, near an ancient lake. In my early 20s me and a bunch of pals came here at 2am, to this lake*, on the edge of the North Yorkshire Moors right where I grew up to watch a Full Blood Moon Lunar Eclipse. A friend of mine was accidentally drunk on Port. There were a heap of dogs barking and howling down the road. Werewolves. It’s something that happened a long time ago now. But it’s a memory I’ve held on to. Silly, spooky, a bit geeky. But it’s lodged in there. In SELENE we’ve moved it, up a the cliff above the Stupid Big White Horse. More on the lake there soon… *I don’t know whether this is a pond or lake. I’m not sure where one stops and the other starts. But I know @elflyons knows the difference. They’re doing so many brilliant things, telling so many brilliant stories about food, communities, gathering, produced and rural spots. A pleasure to still be in their neighbourhood. In SELENE, Pandia and their mam live in a cottage, in a village at the bottom of cliff with a big white horse carved into it. When we were writing and making the show, after an early sharing the people there said it felt really good when the story and the people were rooted in a clear place. I went for a drive around the countryside. Kilburn is the next village from where I grew up. And it felt like the right spot. When we were growing up here, this white horse in the cliff side felt amazing, like its own magic being in some ways…other, potentially better, white horses are available… - SELENE is back on tour around Australia from 9th - 30th May Xx

SELENE is heading to Riverside Live at PHIVE! We’re so stoked to be coming to this new, gorgeous, intimate venue in Paramatta!
