🌀The Studio1 Photographer in Residence captures artists in process and the evolving life of the Workroom Program over the year. They develop a responsive visual practice alongside live creation. Their work contributes to a living archive and extends the reach of Studio1 beyond our physical venue🌀

We’re up to exposure 288/360
At the start of the year I bought 10 rolls of 35mm film each with 36 exposures. I thought, “this will be cool, a photo a day for the whole year…360 is pretty close to 365”.
My brain doesn’t work like that, my creativity doesn’t work like that, my discipline or lack there of doesn’t work like that.
We’re up to exposure 289 and it’s only April 9th.
Thirstier some days, quenched others.
