2025 WRAPPED: This has been year of change and shifts for many of us, but through it all we've still managed to have an absolute blast. 💥 Evidence that community is EVERYTHING! 💥 This year, we have: ▫️Hosted over 100 gatherings — from intimate discussions, brunches, and charity walks to feasting lunches, spa retreats, cookery experiences, and virtual masterminds ▫️Raised more than £12k for charity partners supporting women and girls ▫️Celebrated partnerships that give our community the personal and professional support they need to thrive. Huge thanks to @rathbonesplc @mmviar Thoroughbrand, @exclusive_uk @irwin_mitchell Very deep magic lies in our collective power and together we create something far greater than the sum of our parts. WHAT A NIGHT! Last week we brought together a room of trailblazing women to celebrate the next chapter of our partnership with Rathbones at the beautiful co-woman-owned Wildflowers restaurant in London. The evening was alive with conversation, connection and possibility, uniting brilliant minds from every sector imaginable — from broadcasting, fashion, beauty, femtech and wellness to food and drink, medicine, legal, engineering, robotics and everything in between! Our collaboration with Rathbones, now in its fifth year, was co-created from the ground up, built on trust, shared values and a commitment to supporting the prosperity of women. Huge thanks to our members @ancientandbrave and @saskiasessences for the gorgeous goody bags goodies. ✨

The Women’s Chapter is now B Corp Certified 🙌🏾⚡️ After a lot of hard work by our team and the amazing team at @cydconnects , I am so proud to say The Women’s Chapter is now a certified B Corporation 🎉 Being a B Corp means that we are a part of the movement to make business a force for good in the world and transform the economic system into a more inclusive, equitable, and regenerative global economy.⁠ So, what does this mean for you? Yesterday, I swapped emails, editing and Zoom calls for fire, food, brilliant conversations, valuable connections, and learning something new with @womenschapter and @biggreenegguk at @lainston_house Did I feel guilty taking a Friday out to drive to the countryside to polish up my bbq skills? I did at first, but as the day went on I realised this was not a ‘day off’, this was strategic rest. Strategic rest isn’t about doing less. It’s about refuelling your energy tanks, boosting your creativity, and broadening your perspective. And there’s nothing like standing over a fire for 4 hours chatting to new people to get the juices flowing!! Thank you Michelle and @womenschapter for a wonderful day 💫

Hi 👋🏼 I’m Michelle, founder of TWC. And today was very special... This afternoon I was at Buckingham Palace for The King’s Trust 50th Anniversary, representing The Women’s Chapter community. We are proud ambassadors for Women Supporting Women, the collective within @kingstrust established in 2018 to help young women facing disadvantage and adversity to transform their lives. Today was about 50 years of The King’s Trust. More than a million lives changed. Young people who found their confidence, found work, started businesses and completely changed the direction of their lives. That is extraordinary. I felt so proud to be there on behalf of our collective and the small but very special part we play in the work this charity does. If you’d told me 12 years ago that TWC would be driving this kind of impact, I’d have struggled to believe it. And if you’d told the little girl from South Africa that one day she’d stand in Buckingham Palace and be within a metre of The King, I’d have thought you were completely mad! But as Nelson Mandela famously said, it always seems impossible until it’s done. Today felt like proof of that. For me, for TWC, and for everyone whose life has been touched by the extraordinary work of The King's Trust. Wearing women-led as always..
