Exploring Cornwall just got a serious upgrade thanks to this dream setup with the new @forduk Ranger PHEV, converted by @blok.pod into the ultimate coastal cooking truck. Complete with a @biggreenegguk induction hob, hot water for proper hand washing and cooking hygienically, plus even a shower for rinsing off after paddle boarding, it’s basically a galley kitchen on wheels.

The oak trim and stainless steel worktops give it that perfect coastal kitchen feel and everything fits snugly into the back of the Ranger. The roofbox is packed and ready for plenty more adventures across Cornwall and the South West.
This trip was all about slowing down and making the most of an evening at @readymoneybeachshop . I gathered a bit of driftwood, fired up the Egg and cooked piri piri chicken tacos with British asparagus and homegrown radishes for my girls while soaking up the sea views. Hard to beat cooking outdoors with the sound of the water nearby.
Of course, no trip to Ready Money Beach is complete without stopping by The Beach Café for an ice cream and a coffee. Brilliant little spot with loads of local artwork, souvenirs and one of the best views around.
Finished the day with a paddle board session which felt like the perfect way to unwind after cooking.
Big thanks to Fowey Harbour for having us. Looking forward to taking the Ranger from coast to moorland next for another cooking session and a few more adventures with @torroverland@owenscoffee_ 🛻 ☕️
What an event 🔥
Last week’s Big Green Egg Discovery Sessions at the beautiful Walled Garden in Cobham was one to remember. Incredible food, amazing people, and such a great atmosphere from start to finish.
A huge thank you to everyone who attended and helped make the evening so special. We’re especially grateful to @thelostexplorer , @maisonmirabeau , and @fevertreemixers for keeping the drinks flowing, and to @provenancebutcher and @meonvalleybutchers for the outstanding produce.

Inspired by Argentinian grills, this recipe is all about high-quality meat and bold flavour. We use Cowdray flank (bavette) steak. A true barbecue showstopper and a firm favourite at the Cowdray Polo Club, often enjoyed by players post-match.
