Grense Sonder Mense is a 10 day durational drawing by Neil le Roux, using 44 welded wire fencing panels and binding wire as medium. As part of Woordfees’s PLANT exhibition, the work reflects on the performative potential of a fence which, among others, includes agricultural, security, crowd control, and property ownership functions. Experience the multiple iterations of this work on the grounds of the Rupert Museum, Stellenbosch, from 6-15 March 2020.
