Leonard heagwam (Soldier) brought “Nourishment” (2025) to life at @thenahous , and the response was electric. The exhibition asks questions. How does food shape memory? What do tins, sachets, and cubes say about survival, aspiration, and identity in Nigeria? From Biafran relief flights to the sachet economy, Soldier traced the thread between consumption and resilience, turning everyday objects into artifacts of collective memory. Opening night drew artists, curators, collectors, and creatives into meaningful conversation about class, consumption, and the quiet ways we adapt and endure. Nahous continues to cement itself as a space where art and cultural dialogue meet. FOLA PR secured press, interviews, and hosted a media preview on behalf of our client Nahous.

‘Bobo’ by @olaoluslawn at @thenahous , curated by Richard Vedelago (@rv_windsor ) and @teezee , featured on @hypebeast @hypeart (2025) Slawn’s return to Lagos wasn’t about nostalgia, it was about reclaiming identity and inviting the world to see him not as an idea, but as a Nigerian at his most authentic. Bobo at Nahous did exactly that. Nahous wasn’t just a venue, it was the perfect cultural lens. The space rooted Slawn’s moment firmly in the city’s rising artistic boom.
