Art week is an endurance test and @esther.newyork wants to slow things down.
Co-founded by gallerists Margot Samel of @margotsamel.nyc and @temnikovakaselagallery ’s Olga Temnikova, the indie fair doesn’t dream of being the next power player so much as bring as back to the simple pleasures of discovery, trading competition for collaboration in a thoughtful 22-gallery showcase.
Staged in Estonian House, the 19th-century Beaux-Arts gem, crosstown from the Frieze crowd, Esthers has earned a rep as art week’s intimate alternative, bringing forth a new vision for what fair can be.
As the indie favorite returns to Estonian House for one final run, Samel and Temnikova reflect on their stylish antidote to mega-fair spectacle. Tap the link in our bio for the full story.

@overstory is one of those rare spots that actually manages to live up to the hype, mostly because it’s hard to argue with a martini served 64 floors above Wall Street.

The @nigelsylvester “Brick After Brick” Air Jordan 4 is finally here.
A fire red AJ4 backed by thoughtful storytelling, strong details, and a rollout that’s been impossible to ignore. Is this a contender for SOTY?
The @swatch x @audemarspiguet Royal Pop had people camping, sprinting and cutting queues over a pocket watch.
From NYC to Singapore to Tokyo, overnight lines wrapped around malls, stores shut early from crowd overload and resale listings started appearing almost instantly.
Not bad for a watch designed to hang off a bag. Did Royal Pop just out-chaos the MoonSwatch?

What does it look like when hand-setting stones and 3D modelling come together?
We visited jewelry duo Farbey & Myszczynski in their London studio, where co-founders @joshua.myszczynski and @richardfarbey bring their respective crafts together to build worlds you can wear. Every piece carries the weight of a fantasy — intricate, mechanical, and entirely its own.

Found on riverbanks, worn on the body. @emilyfrancesbarrett turns raw, overlooked materials into jewelry that holds memory, texture, and time, a conversation between the manmade and the natural.

“How can I make gemstones feel more masculine?”
@the_ouze founder Toby Vernon takes us inside the showroom and breaks down the pieces that started it all, including a chess set he hopes someone discovers a hundred years from now.

@nigelsylvester just turned one of NYC’s oldest pizzerias into a full “Brick After Brick” experience. Ahead of the release of his upcoming Air Jordan 4, Patsy’s in East Harlem was transformed with Bike Air branding, brick-inspired details, family photos, and even a special “Bar Spin” slice topped with hot honey and beef pepperoni. The pop-up drops alongside the sneaker release this weekend.
What's next for Marc Jacobs? 🔮 After months of speculation, it's been confirmed that LVMH has sold the Marc Jacobs brand to WHP Global, a management firm that also houses Rag & Bone, G-Star, and Vera Wang.
LVMH acquired Marc Jacobs in 1997 in conjunction with the designer’s appointment as Louis Vuitton’s first creative director. The NYC-based designer is still leading the label and shared on Instagram, “As I continue on my journey as Creative Director, I want to express my indebtedness to all of the passionate, hardworking, devoted, creative and talented teams of people at Marc Jacobs International.”
“We have never rested on our laurels or past successes and I have always relied on and trusted my instincts. As I gaze toward the future, I remain here in the present with hope and faith,” he added.
