Welcome to
@ucirvine Mesa Court’s Oso Tower! Last week, we celebrated the completion of this stunning student housing expansion with the entire design-build team. This One Webcor project (Webcor Builders, Concrete, Carpentry, and Drywall) features 426 beds for incoming freshmen in quad occupancy rooms, as well as social hubs, interior and exterior study areas, community kitchens, laundry facilities, and communal lobby space. From each student’s quad to the building, site, and overall Mesa Court community, Oso Tower carefully promotes a sense of belonging, community, connection, and calm.
