This years @seattle48hfp was a blast! Our film, “TRUE RELIGION” took home 2nd Place! We also got Best Direction, Best Cinematography and Best Editing :) I’m very proud of my cats and crew for helping bring this dark vision to life. @aminamays as the vampire, you are my love and a wonderful collaborator, from bouncing ideas in pre production to baring your fangs on screen for a killer performance 🖤 and a huge thank you to the one and only @imangeladimarco for stepping into such an intense roll. You were amazing and brought this complex character the attention it deserved 🙏 And thank you @phillipkeiman for being yet again, a villain and dying on screen as the priest ( per his wishes ). And as always, thanks @glacialgarden for composing a haunting score to accompany this film!

Frames from our upcoming 48 Hour Film, “TRUE RELIGION”! This 48HR was the first time I really leaned into making a “monster movie” and we had a lot of fun playing with those themes :) Shooting on the new @blackmagicnewsofficial Pyxis 12K was fantastic along with my first time shooting @sonycine Venice, which probably has the best color of any camera I’ve shot. Just my opinion! We also shot V35 Project Zeiss CP3 “Standard Speed” Tuned lenses. Staring @aminamays ❤️and @imangeladimarco 🫡 with a brief cameo from @phillipkeiman 🫶 can’t wait to screen this one on November 19th, at 9:00pm. Hope to see you there!
