my 3-week Floorwork + Freestyle heels series is starting this Sunday April 12!! 👀🌀✨ I’ll be leading us through a modern dance based warmup to help us feel more grounded, doing some classic ZTHEORY twists and tondues, and then breaking down and drilling floorwork movements.
