We are just a little over a week away from our next open mic night!!! Same team, different cause 🌟 #VAweloveyou was created to bring communities together during uncertain times and has served as a neutral space to hear the issues of our people and do something about them. @a.c.e.us will be hosting this one of a kind open mic in a place where we can easily experiment with art and politics. This is a good opportunity to meet @nilaforcongress and see what her cause is about along with every artist who hits the stage and works behind the scenes. @raeesah.757 will be your host with @djsupladies serving tunes and welcoming artists onto the stage. darknightent will be presenting a few highlighted artists joining the cause, And we have room for about 20 more artists to hit the mic on a first come first serve basis. @midnightmediaco & @kdshotthat will be capturing the night and we have a few vendors to highlight! @freelifellc will be serving non-alcoholic drinks, @_95leo has a new vintage brand to share, @757harmreduction will have free emergency contraceptives, narcan, and information on how to keep our communities safe without the stigmas preventing someone from getting help. Every artist is selected in consideration of the other while unifying their sounds and communities in one place. Saturday 🌞 Rain or Shine We are installing our U-Haul Gallery as a part of the @virginiamoca Community Day this Saturday at their new museum 10-4pm. This is our first satellite exhibit since closing our gallery in December! Thank you to MOCA, @va_humanities , and our carefully curated artists for bringing this vision to life 💐

Today! It’s Sunday Funday and we are back with a highly curated all lady lineup with @bigdongee_ @ghud.vibes @djanelz and @lilsnshn . @spaceholisticservices and @minimeadows.us will be in the art market and I will be live painting 🎨✨ We will all be cozy inside @seasiderawbarvb , the only thing we’ll be blown away by are the vibes. Thank you to @markyd2372 @just_blazevb @masonwaldrup and the rest of the crew for always making it happen 🌟

Friday! Join us at @chryslermuseum for a night of everything KANAVAL 🎊 Ignite is transforming the museum into a Carribean dream featuring music, dancing, art, creating, and more! @jofroxi and @hotgumbobrassband are bringing the music and many more artists and performers will be decorating the night. We have a free fashion Fun Making studio to stop by to make your own jeweled keepsake. Tickets are still available in @chryslermuseum bio!

Just Announced! Open Mic Night is back with a twist 🌟 #VAweloveyou is coming out of retirement to create a sense of awareness and unity within the causes that matter the most to our community. Join us May 21st 7-10pm for the first ride! This time, we wiill have a meet & greet with @nilaforcongress hosted at the ever-evolving @a.c.e.us Gallery on Laskin Rd. Artists are encouraged to share their concerns for what Virginia needs while sharing the music they’ve been working on. Artists slots are 5min and limited to first come first serve! Sunday Funday Save the Date: April 26th 💞 We are back at @seasiderawbarvb with @bigdongee_ @djanelz @ghud.vibes joining @lilsnshn and @raeesah.757 for a fun time. As always it’s free entry and not much more to support the artists and venue that work with us ☀️ We are always welcoming new artists in the market and DJs on the stage for the all womxn lineup with Soul Flower. We are also looking for new ideas/ activations to include in our festivities. DM to get involved! 🌸

First Fridays 2026 are Officially Loading 💫 Musicians can stay tuned to open mic opportunities which are how we book our shows. They will be posted as they come! We are now booking vendors! If you make art, jewelry, crafts, fashion, collect vintage, have a small businesses, or have food/ drink businesses registered in VB, look into it! We will be looking to fill slots these days 6-10pm: June 5th July 3rd August 7th September 4th October 2nd November 6th DM for vendor inquiries!

Soul Flower and Utopia Feni are back for YR3 of our Day Party that celebrates the women of every kind in our creative community. @_sweetnloe_ @hellsangelraven @lilsnshn and @kaithelotus are in charge of the DJ decks for Women’s History Month! This is a feel good place for artists, patrons, and friends to be themselves and appreciate the people around them no matter how they get there. Seaside always takes care of us and we love to bring the love back by showing up 💞 We are now accepting vendor applications, only 5 spots available! DM for more info 💐
