The dinner itself was a masterpiece, with each course inspired by the featured artists:
1.
@handpaintedbytlomax ā chilled coconut vanilla soup with charred pineapple, moving from greyscale into bloom
2.
@thenaiturner ā warm spiced peach & sage bisque with a jerk sweet corn fritter, rooted in joy
3.
@sptheplug ā jerk salmon bite with house DC mumbo sauce over purple yam, full of energy
4.
@kanyetomiwa ā braised chicken with jollof-spiced farro and a zero-proof aged jus, deeply reflective
5. I closed the menu with a plantain sheet cake layered in honey vanilla cream and gold leaf a sweet expression of Ethereal Love
