Home Show 5 done ✅🥊 Massive thank you to everyone who came out to support, bought tickets, sponsored the show and helped behind the scenes. You all played your part in making it the night it was. These shows take a lot of work and we genuinely appreciate every single person who helped make it happen. We only ended up with 6 of our own boxers on in the end but every one of them gave it everything. They did themselves and the club proud. We finished the night with 4 wins and 2 losses. You can’t win them all but what you can do is give it everything you’ve got, that’s exactly what all the lads did. Win or lose, stepping through those ropes takes real courage, and we’re proud of every single one of them. A big thank you as well to all the clubs, coaches, officials, medics and everyone involved in making it a great night of amateur boxing. For now, it’s back to the gym, back to learning and back to improving. See you all at the end of the year for Part 6 🥊🔥 #Unity

We dedicate our efforts to them. It is not an easy endeavor, encompassing rigorous training schedules, additional sessions, one-on-one coaching, discipline, and numerous extra hours spent in the gym. This will be our fifth home show, held at the Rotherham Indoor Football Centre, located at Eastwood Trading Estate, Chesterton Road, Eastwood, Rotherham S65 1SU. Doors will open at 7:00 PM, and tickets are priced at £20 each. All proceeds will contribute to supporting the gym's continued operation. 1st bout for @cody.nasser after 3 years in the gym and what more could you ask for than a 1st round stoppage. We drove down to Birmingham for Cody’s first skills bout where she unfortunately dislocated her shoulder but that never deterred her. She stayed patient, did her rehab properly, kept turning up to the gym and waited for her moment. Tonight was her time and she took it. Couldn’t ask for any more. Everyone at the club is proud of you, Cody. Well done 👏🔥 #Unity

Our Talk and Train session runs every Tuesday 11:00am - 12:00pm Its free to access thanks to @tnlcommunityfund Just so you know we are here to help - All of our coaching team and support staff are trained in Mental Health Support to a high level With MHFA, Youth MHFA, Box in Mind, UK Coaching Mental Health, Grief First Aid and Suicide First Aid. We also have neuroinclusion practitioners based within the gym and Experts by Experience. The session is Coach led with added value support from @rbmind Richards who joins us when he can on a Tuesday and is developing his coaching skills alongside the team whilst lending a friendly ear. Richard is a long time BACP Councillor and specialises in Anger Management The session is open to Men and Women. We expanded our offer due to demand. We have to date supported 273 individuals through this programme All fitness levels accommodated so no excuses and we can adapt to long term health conditions Feel free to share across your networks to help us reach new audiences that may benefit You are also welcome if you just want a cuppa and a chat. As we respect you may not want to train that day You just need to be over 18 and bring yourself and some trainers. (No under 18's are allowed to access this session. However there is a free session running every Sunday for young people).
