Supporting someone experiencing menopause can make a huge difference 💙 Menopause can affect mental health, confidence, sleep, stress levels and overall wellbeing - and sometimes, simply feeling listened to and understood can help more than people realise. You can support someone by: ✨ Listening without judgement ✨ Being patient and understanding ✨ Checking in regularly ✨ Encouraging open conversations ✨ Respecting their experiences and needs A little empathy and support can go a long way.
