A huge thank you for all the love and support we received at the incredible Invisible Circus end of the world jumble sale! It was amazing to see so many friendly faces, old and new come along and snap up some bargains.
What was especially heartwarming was seeing some items which have been on the shelf for many years suddenly being given a new lease of life by people super excited to be their guardians, not least of all the original desperate men 1995 fly costume which has been with us for a few years also, she was so happy!
It was actually such a wonderful event. I hope we can carry on doing them somehow just for the joy and connection that comes with a classic jumble sale vibe.
With only 10 days left till eviction day it’s all go now to clear the decks and move all the things remaining in preparation for the next phase of the Invisible Circus journey, though we are not entirely sure what that looks like just yet there are some tantalising possibilities in the pipeline and we are sure things will only get bigger and more beautiful from here on in.

As our time at Unit 15 finally comes to close the future is still uncertain for the Invisible Circus in Bristol. With space at a premium and rent skyrocketing, it’s difficult to see what the future holds just yet.
As ever we are great believers in the universe unfolding exactly to plan. In that spirit all we can do is embrace change and keep moving forward, jump and the net will appear as the saying goes.

We want to be as transparent with you all as we can about our pending future moves; despite the best of efforts and good intentions all round we are still no further towards a new home. Everything is however always still to play for and we are ever hopeful of a solution on the horizon though the sands of time run thin.
It’s been really hard scaling down our activity, and sadly our team, at Unit 15 and knowing the impact that has on members of our community for whom this has a drastic impact; some aerialists simply have nowhere else they can train their particular skills in the city.
Though we are still open for company hires for a few more weeks that too has been negatively impacted by the slow motion nature of this process where by we cannot book too far in advance with our future eviction.
Now more than ever we need your support; watch this space for news of our next steps and how you can remain involved as we continue to seek new opportunities here in our home city.

Ahead of what will be a big week in the deciding future of our home as the planning proposal for Unit 15 and surrounding area goes to committee we would like to take this moment to thank all of our followers and the creative community of Bristol for your support so far.
Whilst we remain hopeful a longterm home for the circus will be found within the city, a month on from our members training closing we sadly don’t have any more news on quite what the future looks like.
