Back in 2017 @ben_knight and I had the pleasure of heading deep into the Mackenzie Mountains of the Northwest Territories with Guy and Ike Eastman for @yeti . The Eastman brothers were retracing the steps of their Grandpa Gordon who explored the same country on behalf of the Canadian Government almost 60 years earlier. It felt like not much had changed in the interim. Link to film in my bio.

Back in 2017, Ben and I had the privilege of tagging along with Oliver White as he explored the waters of Bhutan in search of Golden Masheer. Little did we know the story would evolve beyond the the Himalayan rivers to encompass Oliver's life journey itself. So stoked to have this one in wild. Huge thanks to Yeti for commissioning the film. Tag in profile to full length film.

So glad I snuck in my still camera to pick off a few frames while shooting motion of @shakeygraves crushing his 4th Red Rocks show. Somehow the stars have aligned for me to be at all of them with a team of friends to document the magic. This year was the best yet. Thank you for having us @shakeygraves @bodiej , really looking forward to seeing this year's edit.

Super proud to share North Shore Betty with the world. Link in bio to the whole film. Huge thanks to @patagonia for their trust. To co-director @hellodarcy for helping find and bring Betty’s story to life. @scott_secco and @joeyschusler for their help behind the cameras and @evans_leah and @dhayder for recognizing how rad Betty is. And to @bbbirrell for being such an underground North Shore legend. She started mountain biking at age 45 in the 1990’s and still rides almost everyday. I am in Vancouver for the premiere at the Vancouver Patagonia Store tonight at 6p. I’ll be at the Boulder Patagonia store for a screening this Friday at 6p. Hope to see you in real life.

Couples (wilderness) therapy with @rummelmp for our 10 year anniversary. So nice to get some quality alpine time with you. Next time I will bring the big camera — the photos don’t do it justice. Thank you for the tip @ansonfogel

Back in 2010 after the Banff Mountain film festival @dougphayes , @karlosdelrio and I made the long drive to Fort McMurray to see first hand what the tar sands were all about. The resemblance to Mordor was unshakable. Little did we know then that @dougphayes would start what’s become a decade long fight to stop the Keystone XL pipeline through his legal work at the @sierraclub . Last week he had a huge court victory when the federal judge ruled against the army corps of engineers’ use of a permit that allows pipelines to cross water bodies without evaluating impacts to endangered species and habitat. Thank you for keeping the fight going Doug and happy earth day. Got to celebrate the wins when they come.
