The whole boat was looking far when 2 fish materialized close at 12, noses down in the sand and willing to chow. We're launching an episode documenting shallow water exploration, shellfish harvesting, non-marlin pelagic pursuits and a vast variety of radical ramblings in Magdalena Bay- coming soon.

tucked up into the shallows of the mangroves, the freshwater poured through the back of the estuary, meeting the oncoming salt water. The water clarity changed in every direction creating a soft palates of diffused water. The Eagle Rays made a continuous figure 8, searching for crustaceans in the sand
