So happy to finally share this announcement with you all! HyperrTerra’s 3rd Edition will see Midgar teaming up with London and FOLD based collective @transmissions____ for another memorable summer day/night at Backsteinboot. This time we start at 1pm, but doors will open at least 30 minutes earlier. We love to welcome our friends slowly and let them take the best spots before the first set starts. Ambient will be followed by dub, downtempo and sound experimentations, and obviously some groovy shit to dance to, on cute and comfy carpets in the garden. A new addition for this year is the Bodily Workshop by @fyirobyn , taking place upstairs during the early afternoon. The workshop has its own separate ticket listed together with the event’s one (check our linktree and RA). In the evening at 10pm we move inside to continue partying until the morning. There will be some b2b, and a bit of swimming (we’re on a island after all) please be prepared and bring goggles and a swimsuit. If you attended the last HyperrTerra, you probably remember the insane soundsystem was an important part of the experience. That is why are entrusting again the sound to @restless.audio , a friend and incredible engineer who will bring a proper setup to Backsteinboot!! ALSO..We might keep the garden active in some way during the night, we will update this space when we have more concrete details. Stay tuned. There’s a bunch of early bird available! Returning tonight from 23:59 are @transmissions___ , who treat us to a two room, extended colossus. It’s some way to start the weekend. Global selectors, returning favourites and long-awaited Transmissions debuts battle it out in a line-up spanning deep, driving techno to expansive, peak-time trance and so much more. Mala Junta’s DJ Tool (@interdimensional_jojo ) and Herrensauna’s JASSS (@jasss_inc ) return to the hot seat alongside UTE co-founder Marius Bø (@marius___bo ) and Sub System’s Wednesday (@wednesday_dj ). Resident of Hong Kong’s legendary 宀 club, Xiaolin (@oliviaxiaolin ), makes a very special appearance in Canning Town, accompanied by a B2B from the master of cinematic sonics Quelza (@quelza_m ) and NYC’s dub connoisseur livwutang (@livwutang ), with the line-up completed by Transmissions’ own Inner Zone (@inner__zone ). Set Times & info FRIDAY 17 APRIL | FOLD Doors open at midnight, last entry is 06:00. Tickets are on RA and will be available on the door throughout the night. FOLD is 21+ and you’ll need a physical ID to get in. A copy on your phone won’t be accepted. This also applies to anyone on the guestlist. Please don’t forget your ID. FOLD have a dedicated welfare team on site and you can speak to any member of staff if you need help on the night. You can also DM the FOLD instagram which is monitored throughout. FOLD is a safe space and any kind of harassment, hate speech or general bad vibes on or off the dancefloor will not be tolerated. You can book a locker before the party on the FOLD website to save time when you arrive. Obviously don’t take any photos or videos anywhere in the club. Artist Spotlight - Xiaolin Resident of Hong Kong’s legendary 宀 club, composer of classical meets dancefloor electronics, story teller of psychedelic sounds - Xiaolin is fast becoming a must-see when she travels to Europe.

Poster Shop Our poster shop is back online, featuring artwork from all our FOLD parties. Alfie and Max at @__pandaemonium studio are always finding creative ways to produce these and we wanted to share how the last one came together. Featuring original artwork from our dear friend and Transmissions Ultra @erykaisaak , a scanner, some A4 paper and no shortage of creativity. As we spiral further towards AI, especially in design, we wanted to salute Alf and Max for looking to the real world for ideas and inspiration. Whether it’s buying an old car engine and 3D mapping it, screen printing on melted plastic or finding flowers that are native to a DJ’s hometown, their artwork always tells a story. 🖇️ in the usual

Saturday 🥰 A massive thanks to everyone who came to FOLD on Saturday and danced the night away into the early hours. And to everyone who played such amazing sets - @batu_timedance @mariasatelles @ptrckrssll @aurorahalal @inner__zone and Shackleton. It was SO good to be back and as the sunlight streamed through the windows of both rooms during the closing sets, it felt like once again there was magic in the air 🪄

Line up change Due to travel disruption affecting flights this week, Sunju is sadly unable to make it to the EU and therefore FOLD on Saturday.
