REC45 w/ Yazzus b2b DJ TOOL Back in early January, our year kicked off on an extended and unexpected note. Sparked by a spontaneous meeting of attitude, playfulness, and substance. Four hours deep, @malajunta.official ’s @yazzus__ and @interdimensional_jojo went back-to-back on the spot, and dragged the decks of the Motion Room far past shallow waters. D.Dan and DJ Tool’s standout b2b at WIRE 2025 is now up in full on YouTube. This much-anticipated collaboration took place late on Friday night at Stage 1, sending the room straight into the stratosphere, enhanced by the phenomenal lighting from Strobert. Their control and pacing is beyond reproach, and listening back a year later, it still gives us chills. Enraptured by the raw essence of DJing, TOOL honed his style as part of Copenhagen’s Fast Forward collective, boasting an apodictic vinyl dexterity that quickly earned him international renown.
