FOLD presents The Studio Residents Showcase. 12.06.2026. The students become the masters. This June, our six Studio Residents unite under one roof for a very special FOLD Presents club night. The event will showcase the dance music projects produced by these artists inside our Resident’s studio over the past two months on our inaugural FOLD Production Scheme, supported by our partners Funktion One, Focusrite and Saffron Records. This will be the first time these pieces have been heard on the dance floor - and it certainly won’t be the last. FOLD presents Rainbow Disco Club. 29.05.2026. A modern fairytale awaits this May as @rainbowdiscoclub join us from Japan for one night only. Built in harmony with its guests, Rainbow Disco Club (known colloquially as RDC) has long served as a blueprint for not only what a perfect festival should look like, but also the world as a whole. A much needed breath of fresh air in these surreal times. After beginning as an inner-city concept, much like all of us in life, the walls of Tokyo couldn’t contain RDC forever and in 2015 the festival moved to the idyllic Izu Peninsula where it has remained ever since; a picturesque oasis of bliss on Japan’s Pacific coast. Like all of our programming this year, the curation of their genre-agnostic programming rewards patience, with festival-goers encouraged to immerse themselves fully in the musical journey carefully crafted by their expert team. Such is their ubiquity, catching Melodies International (@melodiesint ) has only been a matter of when, not if, for most. In two weeks time, our time has come too. Headed up by @seiji__ono since 2018, who also ranks amongst Melody International’s residents along with @red_greg , @mafaldafromthesun and @theoterev , the collective thrive on the upbeat, gleefully hunting down the finest undiscovered sounds before reissuing them to the world. From 1980s modern funk, to 1970s disco, from soulful house to Detroit-tinged techno, no stone goes untouched. In just over two weeks time, the creator of the famed ‘Raw Cuts’ series joins us in Canning Town for ‘FOLD presents Rainbow Disco Club’. Over the past four years, @makaan___ - مکان - has overcome border controls, visa restrictions and international sanctions to bring you the artists that move them. Through a combination of online sets and in-person performances, their adventure continues. This June, Makaan - مکان - return to our Steam Room for an extended eleven hour event, with three of their residents together under one roof for the first time. @__jahanam___ makes the journey from Stockholm for her FOLD debut, joined by @taha.one1 and founder @anahitashamsaei , making the slightly shorter journey from East London. Three years on from featuring on the collective’s debut VA, @baabax101 makes a guest appearance in the booth alongside a night-time debut for @mattia.fois94 . UNFOLD: The 34 Hour Edition. 24.05.2026. We take over May’s second Bank Holiday weekend with an extended, two room edition of UNFOLD - and we’ve got quite the line-up waiting for you. Friends, family and some very special guests from near and far combine in this 34 hour affair. Doors open at 14:00 on Sunday 24th May and close at 22:00 on the Monday. Re-entry will be possible up until 20:00 on Monday evening. Tickets for this extended edition are £20 for all and are only available on the door. Queuing does not guarantee entrance, with admission at the sole discretion of our Entrance Team. Please respect their decision. Dress to sweat.

A day of reunions on all sides of the booth: Sunday’s UNFOLD saw many long-time friends return to dance and play alongside us once more - thank you to everyone for joining us. Our Main Room’s agenda began with Polyritmica resident @desiree_____________ , setting the bar from the off with an elegant opening that transitioned seamlessly into @alba.heidari ’s classy follow-up. We then welcomed back @dvs1hush for another extended four-hour set before @voicedrone and James Newmarch took the reins to guide the night to its close. Down the corridor in our Steam Room, @ninoarbolx ’s fusion of bass & techno got matters underway, followed by a B2B team-up from @angel_d_lite and @tinicouldbeworse , a particularly funky sunset slot from @kamikaza and a mystical closing courtesy of Tresor resident @shaleen_ . Introducing our sixth and final Studio Resident of our inaugural FLINTAQ production scheme, Zebra Katz. An artist unapologetically himself - and @zebrakatz wouldn’t have it any other way. For his music exists to be a musical extension of himself; a time capsule of his current stasis, seamlessly shifting between hip hop, electronic, experimental and even more avant-garde sounds that draw his ear that day. Fourteen years after his break-out hit ‘Ima Read’, Zebra Katz continues to blur the lines between music, fashion and performance art with his live shows becoming immersive experiences, visuals deliberate provocations and a sound firmly his own. As a Studio Resident, he has access to our new professional-grade music studio with even more tools to advance him on his latest creative project. On Friday 12th June we’ll experience this for ourselves in FOLD presents The Studio Residents; a club night where all six residents perform their brand new pieces for the very first time. Tonight on Rinse FM, @s_ruston_ kicks off their newly announced FOLD Residency by joining one of our longest-standing residents, @lockhartsdj , to present this month’s episode of UNFOLD. Experience a snippet for yourself in this clip. In this month’s episode we travel back almost twelve months to the day, to our 100th edition of UNFOLD. We join the pair in the final hour of their Steam Room closing set, an hour which has been among the most highly requested recordings in our history. Tonight, it’s released to the world.
