Maximized just about every inch of this @creationmusiccompany Elevation Series board! This thing is an absolute powerhouse and can easily switch between Stereo, Wet/Dry, Wet/Dry/Wet, Four Cable Method, Five Cable Method or just plain old Mono. This is all made possible thanks to the wonderful @goodwoodaudio Underfacer which in addition to it’s stellar signal routing and buffering, is providing a master mute and easy mono summing with their RMT switch. The brains of this beast are held down by the dynamic duo of the @morningstarengineering MC8 & ML10x. The ML10x allows for either 10 mono loops, 5 stereo loops, or anything in between and allows for custom effects order switching and running effects in parallel. Here we’re utilizing it for 6 mono loops and 2 stereo loops as well as our Volume pedal and FX/Audition loop. Because the Audition is in the ML10x you can try out new effects anywhere in the chain from pre dirt to post modulation which is especially handy if you need to add one off effects in the studio or live. Got this ‘68 Deluxe Custom Reissue for CHEAP. It had been poorly rehoused into a head and both the tolex and Vox style grill cloth needed a ton of love on top of the usual noise issues these amps all have. Hit it with a @fromelelectronics supreme mod to kill the noise and improve the tone, replaced the grill cloth with some Fender silverface style cloth, and cleaned up the tolex the best I could with a heat gun and some glue. I think it turned out pretty good all things considered. It sounds amazing now and though it’s a bit rough around the edges, I think it looks pretty rad! #guitar #guitaramp #notpedalbored #hotfromafar

I’m volunteering with @pathwithart to put together some fully setup pedalboards that will stand the test of time for their awesome music space and we would greatly appreciate any gear you may have that you’re willing to part with. Path with Art is a non-profit organization based in Seattle. Since 2008, Path with Art has been at the forefront of a growing international movement that utilizes the power of art as a means to bring dignity, awareness, and healing to the complexities of the issues surrounding homelessness, and recovery from traumas such as domestic violence, addiction and military service. They have an expansive music program offering free classes, individual lessons, a community tango orchestra, two choirs, jam sessions and more. Almost all of their participants are low-income adults and they provide free instruments as available. They are currently seeking pedals and synthesizers for in-house pedal boards, and to give to our musicians for personal use. For donations, if local to Seattle you can drop off at their location across from Seattle Center. Slapped a new personal board together on Friday with cables I had laying around. I’m pretty much constantly changing things up so nothing too permanent here. Was able to fit quite a lot on this Duo 17 and it can do mono, stereo, or wet dry wet, and has a send return for a volume pedal, fx loop, or audition loop as well. I have a love hate relationship with @templeboards pedalboards. They have great size options, are affordable, and their I/O modules are fantastic but their attachment plates are terrible and should NEVER be used unless you want to be spending hours removing them from your pedals when they inevitably fail you. Fun little mini board on a @pedaltrain Metro 16 I did for a local jazz musician. These boards are perfect for a compact set up I highly recommend them. You can fit my favorite power supply, the Cioks DC7 underneath and it comes with a great hard case for a very reasonable price. I dare someone to fit more on a @pedaltrain than this! @zachhendricks made some phenomenal pedal choices for this @rjmmusictechnology PBC6/x build and we were able to squeeze it all onto a Pedaltrain Novo 24 while keeping everything easily accessible for his needs. Shoutout to @goodwoodaudio for their always awesome Interfacer and Audition and making signal routing easy and well buffered. The audition is in the PBC so that new pedals can be tried in a variety of places. It also can be used as an FX loop. I also installed a small patch bay in the side of the board that houses a locking TS thru for easily and securely plugging in guitars, and a USB thru for easily accessing the PBC for editing. I definitely spent a lot of extra time programming because I couldn’t stop playing guitar this thing is too fun! Have a project of your own you’d like to get started?
