Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦 And Beyond! When this game was released back in the day, it was not well received by the fans nor the critics. It's probably an unpopular opinion that I share here, but I absolutely love this game. Although it's a reboot of the original, it does kind of crap on some of the original ideas. The new Dante isn't quite as suave as the OG Dante. But I do enjoy the soundtrack immensely. Some people will say the combat combos have Been a little easier for lack of a better term. I find the game quite challenging and I find myself playing this the most out of all of the DMC games. Again, probably not a popular opinion, but it's one that I'm willing to share. The reason this photo was today's photo is I looked at my shelf and realized I owned the strategy guide. I also own this game on the PlayStation 3 as well. But I wanted to focus on this as opposed to more. Did you have a good experience? Or a Bad experience with this game? Comment below. I'd like to hear everybody's thoughts! I did enjoy it when I first played it and finished it. I have been meaning to go back and play the DLC but that has not happened as of yet. I do remember the game being a lot more action orientated this time around. And I do remember it. Feeling very Game of thrones and story and character development. Oh yeah there was f-bombs! Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦 Finally, we made it to Friday! It's the second best day of the week. The best day is tomorrow. I have a lot of plans this weekend to crush Crimson Desert. I don't have my army of cats yet. But in this photo I have an army of cats! A lot of people don't like AI, but I do see the benefits of some AI. Have you played Crimson desert yet?? I'm almost at 100 hours on chapter 5. I can see this game being played for the rest of the year to be honest. It feels like The Witcher 3. In terms of scope and grandness. Hi InstaMutants! For today’s #FightingGameFriday I’m sharing super hero awesomeness… X-MEN : CHILDREN OF THE ATOM One of my favorite comic based animation shows aired in the 90’s and received great acclaim, X-MEN : THE ANIMATED SERIES (1992-1997). I watched the show every Saturday morning without fail, I’d highly recommend it! The popularity of the X-Men TV show led to CAPCOM’s creation of this fighter, which had the shows actors reprise their respective roles using their voices for the game. The focus of the game is based around the X-Men’s 30th Anniversary comic run, FATAL ATTRACTIONS. Not one I read, my X-Men days were mid 80’s and prior. There’s a roster that features 13 characters, 3 of which was unlockable via a cheat code, Akuma, Magneto, and Juggernaut. The roster includes both hero’s and villains:- Wolverine Psylocke Storm Cyclops Iceman Collosus Juggernaut Magneto Sentinel Silver Samurai Spiral Red Omega The game’s fighting action is fast and furious with an extended combo system, crazy air combos, a roll (dodge) ability, and some of the earliest stage transitions I can remember (floors give way to new stage areas). I didn’t play this one much in the era, just initially on the arcade. My real COTA journey began with the MARVEL VS CAPCOM COLLECTION, where it’s now possible to play Juggernaut, Magneto, and Akuma, no cheat codes or inputs required. These new features make it THE WAY to play X-MEN : COTA nowadays. Intentionally or unintentionally, Children Of The Atom was the beginnings of what eventually became the series of MARVEL VS CAPCOM fighters that followed in its wake, and that I’m very thankful for. Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦 I thought I would drop this absolute Banger of a game on the NES. What you've never heard of Pipe Dream? Well as you can see from the magazine's promotional picture of it, it looks incredibly terrifying. But this is not an accurate representation of the game. No, you see that'll be you, that'll be your expression while playing this game. Reaching out, grasping out for help but there'll be nothing but pipes. Because remember this is a pipe related game. The game is a fast-paced puzzle game. Where players must quickly arrange randomized pipe pieces on a grid to create a continuous pipeline, guiding a substance called "flooz" from start to finish before it spills. Does this sound like fun? Well I assure you it most certainly is! Although you're not getting paid like a plumber or an engineer. Your reward is fun. The fun factor of assembling pipes.
