DARK PICTURES ANTHOLOGY With the release of Directive 2080 today it got me thinking which of the Dark Pictures games I enjoyed the most!! All four releases so far have been awesome especially if you have someone else to play them with. I would have to say I like the Devil In Me storyline.. BIG H.H Holmes fan. But overall I would have to go to with House Of Ashes as my favourite, personally it was the most fun I had out of all the Dark Pictures games. SIC PARVIS MAGNA Who here's a fan of the Uncharted series? Both Will & I are HUGE fans, this is one of the first franchises we ever bonded over together, we've finished every Uncharted game together. Actually one of my most cherished memories is watching Will finish Uncharted 4 all by himself, even beat me at times being a little cocky turd 😂 Today we celebrate Uncharted 4: A Thief's End which was released on this day in 2016 making it 10 years old today. Developed by Naughty Dog & published by Sony Computer Entertainment this is my secon favourite Uncharted game with Uncharted 2 being my number one but I will say I really, really enjoyed the fourth main chapter to this series. In this chapter were introduced to Nathan's brother Sam who's played by the incredible Troy Baker, others include Nolan North as Nathan Drake, Emily Rose as Elena Fisher, Laura Bailey as Nadine Ross & Richard McGonagle returns as Victor Sully Sullivan. I won't spoil it at all but if you haven't played this game yet you seriously have missed out & I suggest you play it as soon as you can, this is regarded as one of the greatest adventures & games ever. Happy birthday Uncharted 4, thank you so very much for all the memories & precious moments over the years, hopefully many, many more to come. Personally Will & I have spoken on this a few times, I would love to see Nathan & Elena's daughter Cassie played by the spectacular Kaitlyn Dever take up the mantle, then they could add all the characters from previous games throughout the story to either help or stop them. That's my want anyway but I really don't care as long as it's not the end for Drake & the gang. Other notable releases on this day are: - King's Quest 1 was released on this day 42 years ago. - Haunting Ground came out on this day 21 years ago. - Minecraft a game that changed the world released on this day 17 years ago. I'M A ZOMBIE ARRRGGHHHH G'day people 👋 How have you been? Hopefully life has been kind & given you a awesome week so far.. Have you managed to get up to anything interesting? Personally I'm absolutely buggered.. I am physically, emotionally, mentally & psychologically drained, I keep catching myself just staring into space, only for a moment or forgetting what I'm doing while I'm doing it. 😂 It did get me wondering what sort of ZOMBIE am I? Now there's no shortage on different zombies in games or films, each with their own names & attributes. Just to name a few we got.. Clickers, Runners, Butchers, Bloaters, Roamers, Hollows, Brighters, Crushers, Zeds, Freakers, Slobbers, Walkers, Screamers, Boomers, Volatiles.. The list just goes on. Which one do you think you are?🧐 Lately I'm more a rotting Clicker 😂 sometimes a Slobber or Screamer 😂 Due to life, family, the funeral, my health & everything going on I just haven't been able to focus on much at all, always doing like 10 things at once & it's taking its toll on me but I seriously apologise for not replying or supporting more, I always feel so bad, sorry legends. For a couple of weeks now I've been replaying Resident Evil 2 Remake on my streams, last stream I managed to finish off Claire's side of the story so now I have to start Leon's side. I seriously need DISTRACTIONS.. Will is going to have a sleep over at his partners tonight so I thought I would do a Fright Day stream & start Leon's side of the game, let's see how far we can get. Greetings from Canada 🇨🇦 And Beyond! When this game was released back in the day, it was not well received by the fans nor the critics. It's probably an unpopular opinion that I share here, but I absolutely love this game. Although it's a reboot of the original, it does kind of crap on some of the original ideas. The new Dante isn't quite as suave as the OG Dante. But I do enjoy the soundtrack immensely. Some people will say the combat combos have Been a little easier for lack of a better term. I find the game quite challenging and I find myself playing this the most out of all of the DMC games. Again, probably not a popular opinion, but it's one that I'm willing to share. The reason this photo was today's photo is I looked at my shelf and realized I owned the strategy guide. I also own this game on the PlayStation 3 as well. But I wanted to focus on this as opposed to more. Did you have a good experience? Or a Bad experience with this game? Comment below. I'd like to hear everybody's thoughts! #SUNDAYSHELFIE I don't usually do this, my house is ugly AF, I'm actually quite embarrassed of it & slowly trying to fix up each room when I can but honestly every time I clean this house I feel like I'm just polishing a turd, everything is so old, ugly looking or beoken 😂 Now if you don't know I don't mind sharing, in fact I actually wish I had someone that I could swap games with then even have a discussion about said games.. Even play some together but with Will recently getting a PS5 console, this meant he would have to go into my room every time he wanted to get a game so we got a new bookshelf since to put the PS4/PS5 physical games in allowing easier access for both of us but also creating a awesome looking space for our collection 🔥 🔥 Due to the ugliness I've actually never posted a shelfie ever in the whole time I've had this account so here it is, our first ever shelfie. As you can see we have a few games for different gaming systems we have in the collection, there's a shelf for PS2/PS3 games (which is being sorted when my body let's me) & now there's the PS4/PS5 shelf with our smaller collections like Nintendo Switch, Xbox, PS1 even got some Sega & SNES there. I'm quite proud of our collection, I use to have my own business but sadly I haven't been able to work for the last 11 years or so due to health issues meaning I can't always afford everything we want but I definitely appreciate what we already have, pretty much 80-85% I've managed to pick up second hand but retro gaming is on the rise again & so are the prices so we've cut back a lot on spending. I can also say that I've played at least 65-70% of these games at least once, I mean seriously what's the point of having games if you don't play & enjoy them whenever you get the time to!! I pray you've all managed to have a incredible weekend so far, maybe even got a sleep in, possibly some time to game or chill out doing whatever you desire. PS: This was a pre-prepared post.. Sorry. FUNKOFRIDAY I was so lucky to pick this up for Will last week from Ozzie Collectables after I saw EB Games stock sold out so quickly, only 9500 units available so this one will not be coming out it's box.. The world is so damn expensive at the moment, I hate being broke but I do still try to get Will the things he loves & enjoys mostly thanks to Afterpay. Will absolutely loves Marvel Rivals, he plays it every day & he's really quite good at it he even plays competitive, it's such a great feeling seeing him kick ass, listening to him enjoying the game maybe not so much on my ears when he isn't & he's yelling at his PC 😂 I will admit I am pretty crap when it comes to most online games these days, there's no pause button 😂 most games are a bit too fast paced for me at times, but I'm even worse at Marvel Rivals at least in Fortnite I can usually get within the top 10 😂 So I think I'll leave the kickin butt on Marvel Rivals to Will, he definitely does it better. Side Bar: My grandmother passed away early this morning, I know she is in a much better place & with my grandfather now. I might disappear for a few days, I may not I don't even know. As I say a lot appreciate those you have in your life while you still can, tomorrow is never promised. WHIP IT GOOD😂 I have really been enjoying the Indiana Jones - The Great Circle game, I honestly can't wait to finally get a physical copy for Playstation & play it again, it is truly such a phenomenal game, the nostalgia alone is incredible, I honestly thought it was Harrison Ford in parts voicing Indy but it's the incredible @officialtroybaker & OMG those feelz when I saw @tonytoddofficial on screen, what a truly remarkable man may he forever Rest In Paradise. TECHTUESDAY I know I complain alot about pain or issues I'm enduring but I don't know if many of you know why that is, you see I was diagnosed with ankylosing spondylitis & juvenile rheumatoid arthritis as a teenager, something I've had to endure & has followed me into every aspect of my life. I have too many issues actually it's probably more of a subscription 😂 but it's due to these two health issues alone even the simplest of things can be hard, even gaming can be quite difficult, some days I can barely clench a fist my hands are so sore which is why I don't play Xbox very much, in fact the Xbox had sat there for the last year an a half not being touched till 2 months ago when I set it up in my room. Since then I have managed to play a bunch of games on the Xbox Game Pass which being Playstation player I'll admit Xbox do have a few better titles than PSN offer especially their day one releases. It's really been fun, I don't get much fun these days so I've quite enjoyed it all. Honestly It's all thanks to this 8BitDo Pro 2 wired controller I won a couple of years ago, you might not notice it but the Xbox controller has more weight, its thicker/bulkier compared to the PS controller these two things alone make a world of difference when it comes to playing with my arthritis, it also limits how much time I can play but with this 8BitDo controller I've been able to enjoy Xbox so much more lately even managing to finish all the COD: Modern Warfare games recently. I feel so grateful as it dueto this 8BitDo controller that I am able to enjoy more gaming on a system I'm not use to without the pain or discomfort that comes with it, I truly can't thank them enough for creating something so awesome looking, easy to use but also for allowing me to venture into more worlds I can get lost in forgetting my woes behind me. HAPPY BIRTHDAY (DAYS GONE) Good morgen, welcome to another Sunday, hopefully you get a sleep in today unlike me, I never get a sleep in 😂 Whenever I talk about games especially zombie games, Days Gone is always in the list of great post apocalyptic games. Released on April 26th 2019, Days Gone was developed by Bend Studio & published by Sony Interactive Entertainment. It is a post apocalyptic survival game we're you play as Deacon St John, a biker bounty hunter trying to discover the truth about his wife as he contend with everything the world throws at him. This quickly became one of my favourites, I absolutely love this game.. For me pretty much every aspect of this game is a 10.. the story is amazing, it's got heart, the mechanics work great, it has the incredible Sam Witwer voice acting Deacon St. John & Courtnee Draper voicing his wife Sarah, the graphics are incredible although I have yet to play the PS5 version with came out last year but I'm very keen to play asap.. Honestly, what more could you want. It really is a great game so if you haven't played it yet but get the chance please grab it, you won't regret it. Today Days Gone celebrates it's 7th birthday, I really can't believe just how fast time goes by but absolutely incredible job the teams did putting this one together, seriously though we NEED A SEQUEL. One of the parts I didn't like at first in this game were the Hoardes.. OMG some of them were so frustrating but I grew to enjoy them the more I played, still find the frustrating but now also fun 😂 Other notable releases today: - Super Smash Bros released 27 years ago in 1999 today. - Mega Man Zero was released 24 years ago in 2002. - Resident Evil Outbreak Files 2 released 21 years ago today. - Stellar Blade dropped on this day 2 Years ago & so did Sand Land.
