Few months ago, my body was on red alert.
I knew I needed something to pull myself out.
I started HYROX, running + workout, something that fits me. So I went for it.
Set a rule for myself: only race when I hit 80kg.
Started at 90kg… stayed consistent, and I made it.
Redeemed my ticket and went solo.
Race wasn’t perfect, running, pacing, rox zone all need work.
But now it’s clear what to fix.
Reset. Refocus. Build the engine.
I’ll be back stronger.

In 2015, I stood behind Lengleng at her first coffee competition.
We trained hard, pushed through the nerves and she got 1st runner-up.
That was the start of our journey.
10 years later, we stood side-by-side, guiding Jarus in his barista competition.
He got 1st runner-up too.
But this time felt different.
Not about the placing — it was about the journey.
From supporting someone’s first step,
To now mentoring the next generation together.
Watching them grow and shine — that’s the real win.
