du latin mirari, qui signifie « s’émerveiller » ou « admirer ». Ce mot évoque à la fois une illusion d’optique – une image fugace qui semble réelle, mais s’évanouit à mesure qu’on l’approche – et l’émerveillement devant ce qui se dévoile sous nos yeux, insaisissable et éphémère.
EN/ from the Latin mirari, meaning « to marvel » or « to admire. » This word evokes both an optical illusion—a fleeting image that appears real but dissolves as one approaches—and a sense of wonder at what reveals itself, elusive and ephemeral.
