Day 4 of the writers residency with the mad talented @rom1.img and @charlieeeeesworld jumping back in the cockpit 👨🍳✍️
So many take aways from this session but good lord it never ceases to amaze me how much a song reflects the environment it was written in… vulnerability, dancing, laughing, all in one. Some songs move people, some make people move, this one does both for me.

Day 3 of the writers residency and the kitchen was on fire 🔥👨🍳👩🍳🧑🍳👩🍳One born every minute except it’s songs and we had twins… no one was getting out of this one without tears of pain, empathy, and so much joy… leaving all these clips here so when @charlotteocofficial headlines @glastofest you can all say you’ve loved her long time. One of the main things I’ve been asked this week is how one keeps their creative energy up… writers block is only a thing if we believe in it. We have a constant flow of creativity that we block with external stimulation (phones etc.) Don’t believe me? Let your phone die when you’re walking somewhere… you’ll be writing a song in your head in no time… your creativity was just waiting for a space to flow into. 🌊✍️
