How will you stand with the trans and non-binary community?
It’s been an incredibly difficult year for the trans and non-binary community. This year, as part of our #IStandWithTrans campaign, we’re asking allies to make a pledge - a promise to take real action in support of trans and non-binary people.
Because allyship is a verb. It’s a doing word.
It’s not just about what you say - it’s about what you do.
If you’re an ally to the trans and non-binary community, we want to know:
What will you do to show your support?

🏳️⚧️ Fear, Phobia and the Future
Wednesday 13th May | 12pm - 1pm
This IDAHOBLIT we look at the real impact of ‘phobias’.
Karen Troup, Trans in the City Trustee and Global DEI Lead talks to Bobbi Pickard, CEO of Trans in the City, Emily Hamilton, Deputy CEO of Trans in the City and Vice President of Group Change at a FTSE250 Global Distributor, and Arlene McDermott, Trans in the City Chair and Head of Business Management, Chief of Staff at LSEG, on what it’s like to be trans or non binary in the UK today - in work, in life and in the limelight.
What is daily life like? Are things getting better or worse and what hope is there for the future.
*TW: Mention of suicide.
48% of trans people have attempted suicide. 92% of trans people have seriously thought about it.
For the trans and non-binary community, mental health can be uniquely impacted by stigma, discrimination and a lack of understanding. This Mental Health Awareness Week is an opportunity to raise awareness about these challenges, break the stigma and open up important conversations about mental well-being for all.
We support organisations to better understand these realities and take meaningful action - equipping teams with the knowledge and tools to foster inclusive, psychologically safe workplaces where trans and non-binary people can truly thrive.
Let’s come together to promote understanding, offer support and build a world where mental health is a priority for all, no matter your gender identity.
Head to for more information on how you can work with us.
