Because it’s fun indeed! But mostly because of the peeps. Thanks @clarkkirkman for a great time @thecompoundmd as always, but with the super nurturing roller media bros @spookwackadoo @irollerboot @tryhardtri 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼 I agree with Ricardo’s motto of “because it’s fun”, but my real reason to skate is mostly community. There’s something in the coming together, in the “we made it” “we are here!” “with this peeps!” It’s not only exciting, but also nurturing, comforting, it invites us to unleash or to embrace letting go of things that would normally hold you back among others; but bladers… we are family, it’s always nice to be around this family! So I enjoy skating the most within that feeling, it’s always most fun in that atmosphere. That is what made this trick so enjoyable, it was all from: “let me try this” to @irollerboot pulling up his phone along with a huge SMILE and looking at me with a certainty that screamed out loud “you got this!” so I embraced it. voala!
