Collaborative design conversations built synergy, allowing us to deliver furniture and architectural solutions the whole team loved.   Agile conference rooms, lounge-style training environments, and touchdown settings create a highly flexible workplace where collaboration takes center stage. Designed as a regional hub that brings teams together, the floorplate prioritizes connection and group engagement over dedicated individual workspaces. This impressive 45,000 SF, three-floor project brings together three suites into one cohesive space, featuring: • A new MD clinic • Dedicated Physical Therapy space • A state-of-the-art imaging center with four X-ray rooms and Siemens MRI suite Huge thanks to our outstanding design and ownership partners who helped bring this vision to life including @boulderassociates and @taskprojectmanagement . Historic character, thoughtfully reimagined. ✨ We’re proud to share the completion of a new office for The Harris Law Firm inside the iconic Granite Building in Larimer Square - Denver’s first designated historic district. Built in 1882, this space provided the perfect backdrop for a modern transformation. Exposed brick, restored columns, warm wood flooring, custom millwork, stone surfaces, and layered lighting-paired with abundant natural light-create an elevated, welcoming environment that reflects the firm’s refined, client-focused approach. #i2Construction #DenverHistoricBuilding #CommercialConstruction #LarimerSquare

This project reflects a day of professional focus - Delivering a space that supports both client experience and focused work. i2 collaborated with Stantec and Task PM to complete the build-out for Haynes Boone at Block 162. The office features high-end finishes throughout, with a comfortable lounge and break area, perimeter private offices, and a fully equipped conference room designed to balance sophistication and functionality. “Hiring i2 was one of the best decisions we’ve made. Haynes Boone typically works with national contractors, but choosing the strongest local team in Denver made all the difference. Our Dallas-based national team even said this was the smoothest project they’ve experienced in recent memory. Natural walnut and stone materials provided classic appeal while curved-glass walls by @dirtt are showcased throughout. Smoked glass lighting sets the mood over porcelain tile clad hallways that lead to unexpected collaboration spaces featuring blue-hued suede ceilings, embossed wallcoverings, swagged sheer drapery canopies, and an Air Jordan inspired porcelain floor tile by Stone Source as a nod to the company’s leadership team’s signature shoe style.
