I have a confession.
Iāve been in my own way in some areas of my life.
Not the enemy. Not timing. Not other people. Me.
Iāve gotten comfortable in my business because itās easy and predictable. I know what to expect. I know what Iām good at. I know it works.
But at the same time, Iāve been frustrated that Iām not in certain rooms I believe I should be in.
And thatās on me.
You canāt ask for bigger and stay committed to safe.
You canāt say you want growth but refuse to stretch.
Sometimes itās not spiritual warfare. Sometimes itās insecurity. Sometimes itās doubt. Sometimes itās just being stubborn and not wanting to risk failing.
Iām going to be 44 this year, and I have got to get out of my own way! #asap
To do things that feel uncomfortable.
To apply. To ask. To show up.
To stop waiting to āfeel readyā, or invited.
