Discover Somatic Channeling~°˜ a sacred, body-based energy healing modality that moves you out of the mind and into direct felt experience of the body’s wisdom.
In this foundational workshop, you’ll learn to sense your own energy field, release emotional and physical densities, and access your own body’s innate healing intelligence. This is done through guided attunement, somatic meditation, and intuited movement.
Somatic Channeling is a healing art form that blends the wisdom of yoga, qigong, reiki, meditation, and somatic therapy. This modality has been channeled and refined over nine years by founder @taylor_unjaara

First week of classes at Liminal Yoga in Greenpoint are now in session, we open tomorrow :)
Hard to believe we started this project just three weeks ago. Thank you for being here with us, we can’t wait to practice with you.
Each class is 60 minutes where we’ll stretch, build strength and relax. We use our breath to move our bodies through a series of accessible yoga poses. Beginners are very welcome :)
Please come as you are, we want you to feel most comfortable and at home here. For now classes are first come first served, mats provided.

LIMINAL YOGA
UGH it’s freezing out. 🥶 But you know what’s NOT cold? Cacao! 🍫 Also… Feminine rage.🔥 (Yeah, that part is VERY warm.)
This Thursday, we’re gathering for a very special Women’s Cacao Circle inside the beautiful studio of visionary artist @laurieshapiroart in Ridgewood. Despite the fact that The Psychedelic Assembly is run by three women, this is actually our first ever “women-only” event and it feels overdue.
We’ll be working with ceremonial cacao to tap into feminine intuition, creativity, embodied wisdom, and honestly? Maybe also touching on the fact that every single woman I know is mad as hell right now… and not gonna take it anymore.

People are running around scrambling to get in place, then Joe shifts the lights, we open the doors, and suddenly… it’s a vibe. 🌈🎵✨

Time and change can feel so mysterious yet terribly consistent. In 2023 we had just opened the @psychedelic_assembly doors here in nyc and we trekked out in Denver to table at our first ever conference 🐣
A LOT happened these past two years 😵💫🤠
Lots of lessons that I’m deeply grateful for because now I know what I didn’t before. Never give up, keep doing you, try your best and life can be pretty interesting. Perseverance!
