This is advanced Somatic Channeling (Level 4 as we call it: the equal and intentional merging of two fields). It might look bizarre but know that it feels incredibly natural, beautiful, and holy within. This practice is so much more than just moving one's hands around. It's more than just receiving divine codes. It's a re-alignment with Source, which has the potential to heal all. What began as a moment on a mountain in 2016 eventually became the work we now know as Somatic Channeling. 🤍 There was no plan to create a modality, no intention to build a practice around it. What unfolded first was simply an experience of the body moving on its own, guided by something deeper than conscious thought, and the recognition that healing could happen through surrender rather than control. Over time, that relationship deepened. What first arrived as spontaneous movement over the course of a few years, was followed by a download to call my work Somatic Channeling, and became a path of devotion, study, healing, and learning how to trust the body’s innate intelligence more fully. As the years progressed, I felt myself healing, and waking up more to my own inner wisdom. What once was a practice I was too afraid to share became a core part of my soul work. I’ve just followed the energy, seeing where it leads: to connection, empowerment, growth, and expansion. To the innermost self. On Saturday at @thestarhouseboulder - Somatic Channeling & Spinal Energetics came together, offered by SomChan's founder @taylor_unjaara and Amanda O'Mara of @agape_holistic_healing (@spinalenergetics @somaticchanneling and more) to facilitate a very powerful group healing and activation just after the Scorpio full moon. 🌕 🌀What came through was extremely potent: a full room of energetic release, surrender, sacred activation, sound, movement and vulnerability. 🤲People returned home to their bodies, hearts, and power. During this morning somatic channeling session by the river, I felt guided to bring a stone to my third eye, it was like my body was transferring something outward, giving it somewhere to go. Then I threw it into the water and felt the release complete. I’ve been holding a lot in this area lately, headaches, tension, etc. In somatic practices, the body can externalize internal sensations through movement, touch, or even objects, creating a sense of completion that can’t happen through thinking. This wasn’t a planned ritual but a spontaneous channeled action. It feels super vulnerable to post this, but I just feel like I need to stop shying away from sharing the more wild and woo woo aspects of my life as an energy worker & mystic. What I've learned over time is that Somatic Channeling is not *just* 🫴Channeling with the body 🫴Energy healing 🫴Spiritual initiation and awakening 🛸But it is a *technology* and a *universal language* that beings outside of this realm recognize. 🛸 Our soul recognizes it too: it feels deeply familiar, like coming home to some part of ourselves that is ancient and deep.
