4 Wines. 4 Countries. 4 Phases. Nothing added, nothing removed.
Phase 1: Scheuermann, Vin de Soda (NV) | Pfalz, Germany Riesling + A playful, youthful sparkling wine from two brothers who took over the family vineyard at ages 16 and 19.
Phase 2: Anima Mundi, Gres (2024) | Catalonia, Spain Xarel·lo Named after Plato’s philosophy, this mineral-driven white shows the depth of wine’s ability to carry place, expressing the soul of Catalonia in your glass.
Phase 3: Tanganelli, Galilejo (2024) | Tuscany, Italy Sangiovese This Rosè named “Galilejo” nods both to the family’s love of Queen’s vocal harmonies and to fellow Tuscan astronomer.
Phase 4: Barbichette, Cache Cache (2023) | Finger Lakes, NY Cabernet Sauvignon What began as a side project in the corner of a Brooklyn coffee roastery now arrives in Orlando in the form of an extroverted red wine.
