Hi, I’m Jaco, and this is Studio Schilp. I create art that lets you step inside the image. Studio Schilp was once my grandfather’s photo studio in the '50s. He taught me that light tells stories. Now I tell them differently – in motion, in space. Light, video, and immersion are my tools. Welcome to the journey. What happens when different art forms meet? Come and find out in our upcoming group exhibition Two Suns At Once, opening May 21st. We’re excited to introduce the second batch of participating artists and duos. Jaco Schilp & Santiago Pani present Archive Mirror, an interactive AI installation where visitors are translated into painterly compositions; Gabriele Bonomi + MOOD create Sonic Paints, where sound vibrations shape materials into canvases; Wytze Minne de Swart & Yi-Han Yen develop sEARch/SEEk, an installation exploring listening and seeing; and Albert Negredo works with hardcore and techno as cultural material that continues in contemporary sound. Jaco Schilp es un artista multimedia neerlandés. Jaco es director de Uncloud y ha presentado visuales en: Mutek Mx, ADE, Dekmantel, Soenda NL, club WAS NL. Metz es artista multidisciplinaria su práctica se mueve entre la danza contemporánea, la investigación del cuerpo y el sonido, ha participado en eventos como: Mutek Mx y Data Uotan.
