SILO SYSTEMS
“Thanks to Silo Systems, the most sustainable restaurant on the planet exists.”
— Pablo Usobiaga, Baldío
What:
We build zero-waste food systems.
Not as theory — as working environments.
Kitchens, supply chains, fermentation, agriculture, materials, interior, brand. One system.
Who:
@mcmasterchef@maxmaclean — zero-waste systems
@studio_omelette — brand
@ninaandcodesign — spaceWhy:Because waste is a design failure. We construct environments where it cannot exist.We designed @baldio.mx to establish a new gold standard for environmentally progressive restaurants. Every layer was designed as part of a whole — kitchen, supply chain, menu, hospitality systems, training, events, and communication.
No waste. Just good systems.

When The Grill at The Dorchester welcomed a new head chef, it marked the perfect moment for a visual refresh, one that balances timeless elegance with playful personality.
Inspired by the sophistication of Mayfair and the restaurant’s recent refurbishment, the design embraces a warm, inviting colour palette and refined typography, paired with playful illustrations. From a woman walking three broccolis 🥦🥦🥦 to a London cab topped with an oversized ice cream🍦, bringing the restaurant’s culinary world to life with elegance and a touch of wit.

Went to Bath for the 20 years anniversary of Berdoulat and the launch of The House Rules book. Patrick and Neri know how to host. Thanks for having us! @berdoulat_interior_design@quadrillebooks
It was a real privilege to work with the photography of the talented @yukisugiura.photo while designing The Anatomy of a Japanese Knife. Yuki captured these images across Japan, documenting the forges and the people crafting these beautiful knives.

During this winter break, we’re feeling deeply grateful for our friends, collaborators, and clients across the world.
You can’t make an omelette without breaking a few eggs. Every lesson along the way has shaped us and continues to do so.
Excited for more collaborations in 2026 ✨
