65 Gresham Street is a finalist in The Mix Awards 2026 Project of the Year, Fast Forward category!

Currently in construction and set to complete in 2028, 65 Gresham Street is one of the largest building reuse projects in the City of London.
The latest sneak peek of 65 Gresham Street’s progress reveals the completed visual mock-up for the rooftop extension.
Designed to sit atop the retained Portland stone, the new façade features a striking contemporary neo-gothic intervention introducing dark grey aluminium cladding, evoking folded origami through staggered horizontal grids and paired floor levels.

Collaboration with @toto.europe.uk - our reimagining of heritage Japanese brand TOTO's London showroom launches at Clerkenwell Design Week next month.
Our latest collaboration sees the comprehensive reimagining of its customer experience, gallery and courtyard spaces. At the heart of the showroom, the customer experience spaces are envisioned as a three-room journey: Clay, Timber and Stone – each defined by natural materials and considered multisensory design. Below, a flexible exhibition and event space hosts talks, workshops, curated installations celebrating Japanese design and craftsmanship, creating a renewed hub for London's design community.

Last Wednesday, our Associate Partner Cindy Wong and Atelier Ten’s Younha Rhee delivered a talk on 'Restoring Space House – a 1960s London icon' at the Isokon Gallery.
Speaking to a knowledgeable audience familiar with the former Edwardian Magnet House, later transformed in the 1960s into the original Seifert building, the evening fostered an insightful discussion on the history of Space House.
Hosted within one of Britain’s earliest modernist Grade I listed residential developments, the Isokon Gallery provided the perfect setting to explore the meticulous journey of restoring Space House and its transformation into the Grade II Brutalist icon in Covent Garden today.

Last week, Tim Gledstone and Cindy Wong attended the Civic Trust Awards, where Space House was awarded Highly Commended.
The judges noted: "The external and internal restoration has resulted in a bright and contemporary feel, extending the life of this important landmark."
The evening was dedicated to celebrating projects that showcase impressive ambition and diversity, all driven by a shared commitment to enhancing the built environment and the lives of those who engage with it.
A collaborative effort in response to an ambitious brief, Space House is an exemplary retrofit with exceptional sustainability certifications, representing industry-leading standards that exceed new-build expectations. This year, Space House is shortlisted for a Pineapples Award, BCO Award, and RIBA West London Award.

Chelsea Barracks Phase 5 was consented unanimously at Westminster planning committee last night.
This next piece of the new residential-led neighbourhood will create 87 high-quality apartments across a trio of highly crafted buildings that respond to the residential character of neighbouring streets.
The three buildings are positioned around a new orchard square, bringing a new typology to the squares of @chelseabarracks and taking inspiration from the formal Georgian squares of Belgravia.

Our plans for Mastmaker Village with Fifth State were unanimously approved by Tower Hamlets this week. The development will deliver a new neighbourhood in Isle of Dogs that transforms the current brownfield site into a large-scale mixed-use development, comprising shared living, affordable homes, a new community hub and extensive public realm.
Designed to enhance the character and townscape of the area, the crafted facades of the buildings draw upon the area’s history of transporting and storing grains.
Space House has been shortlisted for a BCO Regional Award in the Refurbished Workplace category.
Originally built by Seifert and Partners in 1968 and referenced by Historic England as "one of the most important redevelopment projects of our time", Space House London achieves new sustainability and conservation standards, including being the largest grade II-listed building in the UK to attain BREEAM Outstanding.
With a primary objective to define excellence, the BCO Awards provide public recognition for top quality design and functionality, and establish a benchmark for excellence in the workplace.
