I wanted to work with founders who care as much about *how* they grow as *how fast* they grow - where the work is intentional, the messaging is mindful, and the nature of our partnership is kind and respectful.

Slow Construct (@slowconstruct ) is a collective of architect-makers exploring the intersection of architecture, craftsmanship, and art. For CODE & CRAFT, ‘Urban Stratigraphy’ is the collective’s response to how historic artefacts from various periods are frequently unearthed piece by piece, often by accident. Four artists interpret the temporal and material strata of the city through their own lens:

my fourth move this year. in january, i had no idea new york was even in the cards for 2025. then again, neither was bali. now here i am, calling williamsburg home. it's been an adjustment for sure - but I've been finding my groove again. leaning in, trusting the process and that the right connections will form. new york has always been the city that rewards effort, grit & tenacity.. it’s unkind towards laziness - ambition is sky high here. i'm ready for it, and excited for what that could mean for @wellwellstudio.co - maybe also for @slowconstruct , nesting and evolving. 🐛🦋

Thank you to everyone who came to the Beyond Blueprints exhibition. I had the best time getting to know new people, catching up with old friends and presenting my reliefs and lamps. Just a reminder - reliefs are sculptures with a flat surface that you can hang on the wall.

The Beyond Blueprints exhibition was part of London Design Festival. It explored how architects use drawing to make and think about design. The blue drawings you see above the designs represent the concept and theme of the exhibition. Hoping for more events like this soon.
