A small homage to Martin Parr with some of my favourite fruits. These were tasters at a farm selling grapes persimmons and guava, somehow the thin slicing of the fruits made them more refreshing and crisp to the bite.
Last gasps of summer. St John’s wort, apples and sloes. Unfortunately the sloes shrivelled up before I could bottle them, and the apples are still in the fridge patiently waiting to be a galette.
