11. Kue putu Bambu, one of the most recognizable influence from India and China through religion during the Mataram Kingdom (Hindu-Buddhist) in Jawa. It's rice cake steamed in bamboo with palm sugar, topped with fresh salted grated coconut. I love this ā¤ļø
