It was a privilege to represent the USA and @nextlevelrowing at the European Coastal Championships in Turkey 🇹🇷 last week.
With the cancellation of this year’s Endurance World Championships, this marked the first (and possibly last 😅) time the U.S. has raced at a European rowing championship.
Highlights include two A-Final finishes in the men’s 1x and 2x — my first international A-Finals in the coastal small boats. Plenty of speed still on the table, but an incredible learning experience against some of the fastest crews in the world. Lots learned, and even more to chase. 🌊🇺🇸

Had a wicked awesome time in Southie at the first annual Boston Beach Sprints. Huge shout out to @hocr1965 , @bmulvz , and @markusoria for putting on a world-class event. From the amazing sponsors (who brought the party) to the stacked field of international competitors (who brought the thunder), the US made its Beach Sprints debut in style.
2nd place with @oliviasfarrar in the 2x and a top-4 finish in the 1x rounded out the weekend. 'Til next time Beantown.
