The show reflects Gary’s signature pillars of creativity, community, optimism, collaboration and inclusivity — values that mirror Beauty by Rosh’s own founding ethos. This is the second time Rosh has held the title of director at an international fashion week, following her role as Lead Artist and Makeup Director for the Dahlia Razzook show at London Fashion Week in February 2026. I myself being someone who is trying to create space for representation in the fashion & beauty industry it was a very interesting event. I’m the first Sri Lankan to sponsor shows at AFW, and sometimes it takes a while to sink in. There’s much work to be done in these global spaces so we are seen, represented and we have a seat at the table. Hopefully we are on the right path to paving the way for that!
