So will you share this?
We need more South Asian representation in major Beauty and Fashion events and for those already doing it, maybe more visibility?
Tell us a few other South Asians doing incredible things on the global stage. We know thereās so many. Give them a shout out in any way you can. Cause your support makes sure that it is seen!

An intimate evening of fashion, purpose and stories that matter!
I myself being someone who is trying to create space for representation in the fashion & beauty industry it was a very interesting event. Iām the first Sri Lankan to sponsor shows at AFW, and sometimes it takes a while to sink in. Thereās much work to be done in these global spaces so we are seen, represented and we have a seat at the table. Hopefully we are on the right path to paving the way for that!
Thank you for a beautiful evening!
Also representing my Sri Lanka š±š° and its craft by wearing my dear friend Sonaliās hand made designer batik! Everyone at the event was talking about my skirt and so many came up to me and asked about it or admired it. And I always proudly say itās @sonali.dharmawardena and tell them about her and her artistry! I try and promote her work cause I truly believe the world should see it and she is a true artist! What an absolute talent she is! Sonali thank you for always dressing me!

Official Makeup Partner for @karlaspetic for their @afcaustralianfashionweek runway show!
Beauty by Rosh will serve as official makeup partner for Karla Speticās show on 13th May, one of AFWās most established and media-attended runway presentations. The partnership unites
two immigrant women who rebuilt their lives in Australia and built brands rooted in the strength
and complexity of womanhood.
Born in Dubrovnik, Croatia, and immigrating to Australia in 1993, Karla Å petiÄ founded her self-titled label in 2008, quickly making waves in the Australian fashion landscape. Rooted in a deeply philosophical approach, Karlaās creative process is an exploration of womanhood, its power, mysticism, and infinite evolution.
Together with a line up of amazing co-partners for the show @stevemaddenau | @revlonprofessionalaustralia | @bellyme_ | @halohairaustralia | Lavana
