The best season in Copenhagen is upon us 🌞 here are some of my favorite spots that I keep coming back to especially during warm months ! @dillon.cph for the most creative ice cream flavors ( please try browned butter or bread & butter with flaky salt and thank me later ) @bonni.cph a cute local gem in a residential area, great coffee and breakfast that you can enjoy outside @labanchinacph no Copenhagen guide is complete without mentioning this spot, but it’s seriously that good. Perfect for any time of the day, from early morning to evening. It can get crowded but it’s part of the charm ! @lillebakery one of the best pastries and seasonal food in the city, the best to visit this time of the year to try their summer produce ! @sologlunacph an all day hang spot by the lakes - perfect after a long walk @vedstranden10 a wine bar by Gammel Strand. I love sitting outside, watching the boats go by and soaking up the sun! They also do wine tasting every Wednesday @bar___amore simple but delicious pasta and drinks. The tables outside get a lot of sun 🌞 @rosforthrosforth one of the uniquely Copenhagen spots under the bridge in city centre; grab a bottle of glass of wine from their selection and just sit by the water and enjoy the vibes @donna.cph stunning interiors- perfect for a girls night out after a long day in the city @cafesandoe a cute neighborhood spot in Christianshavn; very good breakfast and lunch options and their garden is lovely and very sunny ! @atelierseptember it’s a classic for a reason but I strongly recommend visiting their new ( and biggest) location in Frederiksberg. Or the one in Hellerup ! No lines there :) @houseofjosty newly renovated cafe in the heart of Frederiksberg Gardens ( my fav park 🤍) @bar_vitrine a very cool spot for a glass of wine right in the city centre @buziotaberna authentic Portuguese wine bar, stunning interiors. Try their orange wine 🙂‍↕️ @kismetcph my ultimate go-to in the city centre. Chill vibes, a courtyard with lots of sun exposure and they always have fun events on Fridays ! @apollo_bar another classic to round up #copenhagenguide #cafeguide #copenhagenfoodguide

Det er blevet den tid på året - Danske asparges i stride strømme. Hvor er det herligt ! Hos os er de grønne asparges serveret med hummus og chimichurri. God ret til at dele, god til at nyde helt for sig selv. Serveret både til frokost og aften ! Og hvad drikker man så til grønne asparges. Til denne ret med dybde fra hummussen og masser af urter og spice fra chimichurrien, skal der en kæmpe kop Muscadet, et glad glas frugtig Chenin Blanc eller en saftig orangevin til. Eller måske alle tre? ------ It’s that time of year again - Danish asparagus is arriving in abundance. Amazing ! At our place, we’re serving green asparagus with hummus and chimichurri. It’s a great dish for sharing, but just as good to enjoy all by yourself. We serve it for both lunch and dinner! And what should you drink with green asparagus? For this particular dish—with the depth of the hummus and the herbal, spicy kick of the chimichurri—we recommend a massive glass of Muscadet, a joyful glass of fruity Chenin Blanc, or a juicy glass of orange wine. Or perhaps all three?

Drifting away on a sunny cloud 🥂 Ploder Rosenberg’s pet nat Suno has all the crunchy, juicy, sweet and sour goodness of fresh greenhouse grapes, with lots of lime and mandarin orange flowing along, peach skin and a drop of preserved lemon on the finish. Fizzy fun, perhaps best appreciated outside in the sunshine that inspired, indeed made it 🌞 A blend of Bronner and Muscaris by the way — PIWI for the win! — biodynamically farmed, lightly macerated and fermented in the bottle

En dag i Köpenhamn med @elsahulu 🌱 Det var sol, det var folk, det var hygge 🧡 Här kommer ställena vi var på: 📍@rosforthrosforth ett otroligt hål i väggen under Knippelsbro. Köp ett glas eller en flaska och sätt dig i eller runt uteserveringen. Vi dinglade med benen och gillade livet lite extra. 📍@hanoialleycph här åt vi lunch och det var såååå gott! Papayasalladen måste jag försöka återskapa. Gå hit! 📍@pompettecph en klassiker på en köpenhamnsdag. Välj färg på vinet, sitt i solen, spana på folk. 📍@bruscph här blir oftast alltid ett stopp. Kall öl och god öl. Behövs det mer? 📍@cafe_kaf en vegansk klassiker, en fika kan man väl alltid smyga in? 📍@vedstranden10 detta är absolut en av mina favoriter för ett glas vin. Kunnig personal, många alternativ och är borden fulla sätt dig på bryggan och luta dig tillbaka. 📍@bistroverdecph detta har jag varit nyfiken på ett tag. Det var gott och många bra alternativ. Vilken härlig dag 💛🌼🌱

I dag er det en måned siden vi åbnede for vores bistro på Brogade 9. Det er svært helt at beskrive med ord, hvor vild en måned og oplevelse det har været. Vi er glade, overvældede og ikke mindst super lykkelige over hvor godt i har taget imod os. Tak til alle jer der har været forbi os, om det så har været til frokost eller aftensmad, et glad glas vin, til jazz med Østersøjazz, eller blot for at sige hej. Det har været en stor fornøjelse at have jer alle forbi. Når vi når midt maj, åbner vi også søndag aften, gældende fra d. 17 maj, samt mandage til frokost, gældende fra d. 18. maj. Der kan bookes bord online, på mail eller ved at ringe til os på vores åbningsdage. Vi ses ! ------ Today marks one month since we opened our bistro at Brogade 9. It’s hard to put into words just how wild a month—and what an experience—it has been. We are grateful, overwhelmed, and above all incredibly happy with how warmly you’ve welcomed us. A huge thank you to everyone who has stopped by—whether it was for lunch or dinner, a cheerful glass of wine, jazz with Østersøjazz, or simply to say hello. It has been a real pleasure to have you all here. From mid-May, we’ll also be open on Sunday evenings (from 17 May), as well as Mondays for lunch (from 18 May).
