Got @njieyoyegnong a professional boxer doing big things, dialled in working through his issues and making sure his body is moving the way it should so he can express his full athletic ability when it matters.
Also @performax__ S&C coach, getting his MOT keeping him moving freely so he can keep pushing his athletes without restriction.
Different roles, same goal: perform at your best.

Grateful to have been asked to assist Team @jamaicaboxing at the World Games in Liverpool, working with @deelavissh . After a two-year layoff, he showed real heart, composure, and clear glimpses of what’s to come. We didn’t get the result we wanted, but the foundation is there.
I truly believe that by the time the Olympics come around, Jamaica will be in a strong position to send accomplished boxers who can compete for medals. I had a lot of fun, and I’m very grateful for the opportunity.

Was meant to be training with Coach @matt_the_coach today, but work commitments and the school play set me back a bit.
So I jumped in with Junior @robltjr instead and he put me through my paces.
Felt good in there today. Sharpness is starting to come back.
